Our Archived Projects
Here we gather information about our paused wind power projects: Dyning, Kultje, and Cirrus.
Dyning
Dyning was planned between the Swedish mainland and Gotland. The area is located approximately 45 kilometers southeast of Oxelösund, within the Swedish economic zone. The location increases the potential to harness the strong winds further offshore. Once fully developed, Dyning is estimated to be able to supply the total electricity demand of Södermanland and Östergötland, 10 TWh annually.
Kultje
Kultje was planned approximately 25 kilometers offshore between Öland and Gotland within the Swedish economic zone. Out here, the winds are strong and reliable, increasing the potential to generate large amounts of renewable energy. Once fully developed, Kultje is estimated to be able to deliver 11 TWh annually, which is close to meeting the entire electricity demand of the counties of Gotland, Kalmar, Jönköping, Kronoberg, and Blekinge.

Cirrus
Cirrus was planned far out in the southern part of the Baltic Sea. The area, located approximately 50 kilometers south of Karlskrona and within the Swedish economic zone, stands out as an ideal location for wind power due to the strong winds in the area. Once fully developed, the park can deliver 10 TWh annually, which corresponds to household electricity for about 500,000 villas or approximately 2 million households when considering the average for all types of housing.
